Initial Consultation
Discuss and redline plansFill out customer build sheet to see amenities desired -
Ballpark Estimate
Estimate given based off of desired plans and build sheet -
Proposal & Project Outline
Review proposal and written project outlineAfter acceptance, a deposit is given to move onto the next step!Doc list and site plan worksheet will be given at this time. -
Site Evaluation
Superintendent to meet on site and help with staking home placement and confirming utility and driveway placement.Finalize site plan

Selections Meeting
Come in and choose your selections. Options for upgrades will be given at this time. -
Final Signing & Meeting
You will sign your final proposal and discuss ground breaking!Bank documents including your closing disclosure will be needed. -
Ground Breaking
You’ve made it to ground breaking! Construction has begun!

Framing Walkthrough
You and your superintendent walk through your home during the finalizing of framing to discuss next steps and address any concerns. -
Trim Walkthrough
Walk through with your superintendent and confirm trim layouts. -
Punch List Walkthrough
Walk the home with your superintendent and create your final list of items that need to be addressed prior to closing. -
Closing Day Walk
The final meeting at your home tensure satisfactory sheet items were taken care of and receive the keys to your new home.
